In April 1985, we began production of Oklahoma Premium Cheeses. We use only our own best quality Grade A raw milk to produce Oklahoma Premium Cheese. Our cheese is a natural cheese; no artificial coloring or preservatives are used.

Our natural cheese is some of the finest in the nation. Swan's cheeses have taken Blue Ribbons at the Illinois State Fair, for the past several years. Just like our milk, our cheese is good for you! It tastes good! It is truly Oklahoma Premium Cheese - containing all natural vitamins and minerals.
